Molly is a Coach (MAVS) and Speech and Language Therapist (BSc Hons) HCPC reg. CertMRCSLT with over 18 years personal practice in mindfulness and yoga. For the last decade she has been working as a wellbeing and performance consultant, and is passionate about how the skills of mindfulness and emotional intelligence improve performance, creativity and wellbeing.
Molly established The Focus Movement to provide unique training programmes that enable people to flourish. Her programmes give busy people the tools to thrive at work and in life; enhancing focus, developing inner resilience and improving relationships. Molly is currently working with BMB, The Mill, Work Well Being, Penguin and Mindshare.
